Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on wede33. Creation of multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts registered by the same User, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and confiscate any winnings or bonuses obtained through such accounts. Only the original Account may be retained at our sole discretion.
wede33 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, and compliance with these Terms. Such documentation may include but is not limited to proof of identity (KTP, passport), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements not older than 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Your failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
wede33 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and Account verification status. Deposits are processed instantly during banking hours with zero processing fees charged by wede33. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name; third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and verified during the KYC process. You must have completed Account verification before your first withdrawal. All deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before withdrawal eligibility. This anti-money-laundering measure prevents the Platform from being used as a payment transfer service.
Withdrawals are processed within 2 to 10 minutes during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time. wede33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
All bets placed on wede33 are governed by these Terms and the specific rules of each game type. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed except in cases of obvious error as determined by wede33 at our sole discretion. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. wede33 is not liable for errors made by Users when placing bets.
Sports betting markets are offered on a wide range of sports including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and esports. All sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply and are available in our sportsbook rules section. Popular Indonesian bet types such as mix parlay (accumulator betting combining multiple selections) and voor bola (Asian handicap betting) are subject to standard market rules published on the Platform.
Live casino games are provided by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and others. All game outcomes are determined by the game provider's systems. In case of disputes regarding game outcomes, the game provider's server logs and video recording are considered final evidence. Technical malfunctions void all affected game rounds, and stakes are returned to player Balances.
Slot machines and Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified random number generators audited by independent testing agencies. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent long-term theoretical payout percentages over millions of game rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP due to natural variance.
Lottery games including togel (Toto Gelap) draws such as Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and Togel Macau are settled based on official results published by the respective lottery operators. Results are displayed on the Platform immediately after official draw completion. All bet types (4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Colok Naga, Tengah Tepi, Dasar, Shio) are subject to standard payout tables published on the Platform. If an official draw is canceled or postponed, all bets on that draw are void and stakes are returned.
wede33 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types, games, or events. Maximum payout limits are published on the Platform and may vary by game category. In the event a bet would result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum, the payout will be capped at the maximum limit.
wede33 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions to Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits while using bonus funds, and expiration dates apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, betting on opposite outcomes, or any other attempts to exploit bonuses unfairly, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses, Account suspension, and potential closure. wede33 reserves the right to void bets and confiscate funds obtained through bonus abuse.
Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, all bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play will be forfeited, and only your original deposited funds (minus any losses) will be available for withdrawal.

wede33 strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to Platform unavailability.
In the event of obvious technical errors including but not limited to incorrect odds, erroneous bet acceptance, system malfunctions, or display errors, wede33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to User Balances. Game outcomes affected by technical malfunctions are void and stakes are returned.
Many games on wede33 are provided by third-party software providers. wede33 is not liable for any issues arising from third-party software including game malfunctions, incorrect game outcomes, or provider service interruptions. Disputes regarding third-party games are governed by the provider's terms and conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wede33's total liability to any User for any claims arising from or related to the use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the six months preceding the claim. wede33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
wede33 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at our sole discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon Account closure for Terms violations, any remaining Balance may be forfeited, and you will be permanently banned from creating new Accounts on wede33.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance. Accounts with outstanding bonuses, active bets, or pending verification may not be closed until these matters are resolved. Voluntary closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.
As part of our Responsible Gaming commitment, Users may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your Account, place bets, or make deposits. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
